Plated Prix Fixe
(12 - 34 guests)
Ideal for small groups who want to keep things affordable. Why not treat your family, friends, customers, or employees to a special meal? Our Chef will customize a multi-course menu with various options to fit your preferences. Guests can expect elevated plated dishes, and unique course options. Dietary restrictions will be happily accommodated with advance notice. Prix Fixe menus can be for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner themed. This is a great budget conscious option with a section of the dining room reserved for your party of 12-34 people. Larger guest lists can also be accommodated with the restaurant buyout option.
The Small Buffet
(35 - 60 guests)
Ideal for slightly larger groups who want guests to enjoy a variety of foods from an upscale buffet or food stations.
Depending on the size, day, and time of event, the dining room can be reserved fully, or partially sectioned off from other diners. Buffets can fit a variety of budgets and some food & beverage minimums are required.
Passed appetizers, carving station, open or cash bar, and other options will fit your event style and budget. Small Buffets can be for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.
The Small Buffet is a great choice for those hosting a bridal/baby shower, birthday, or any casual party.
Ideal for a guest list of 35 - 60 people.
Restaurant Buyout
(Up to 100 guests)
The best option for large groups who wish to reserve the entire space. Based on the size of your party, Clubhouse Provisions can host up to a 80 for a plated meal or buffet, and up to 100 guests for a casual cocktail style vibe.
Our Chef specializes in uniquely flavorful cuisine, tailored to your style, and guaranteed to wow your guests. Linen, decor, and table settings can also be provided and customized to your specific theme and budget. Not your typical uninviting banquet facility, our space holds intimacy, with high ceilings, large windows, and beautiful lighting throughout, while boasting spectacular views of the golf course.
Whether you're looking to host a small wedding with unforgettable food, an Apre Ski or Derby themed social gala, or a simple holiday party, Clubhouse Provisions will be an unexpected venue for an unforgettable party.
